For our innovative corporate IT team in Bielefeld we are looking for a:

IT (Junior) Consultant Service 2 Customer Retention (m/f/d) 

Responsibilities

• Analysis and conceptual design of business processes in the service area and QA
• Support and further development of the service management system based on the Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics CRM
• Mapping of processes from the customer's problem report to dispatching and documentation of the technician's services
• International roll-out support
• Preparation and execution of user trainings
• Second level support

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, mathematics or comparable qualifications
• First experience in project management desirable
• Experience in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
• Fast comprehension, analytical mindset and ability to develop customer-oriented solutions
• Responsible team player in various project teams
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Intercultural understanding, high commitment and strong communication skills
